Delivery： Supplier informed the goods were ready and asked for the balance payment,  but the order got ready almost a month later, delaying the whole importation, considering other supplier were waiting to consolidate the goods. Quality： In order to approve quality and color specifications, we asked and paid for samples. Color and finish were approved, but once bulk prodution arrived, they didn't have the same specifications previously approved. Service： Making one mistake after the other, all the supplier could do was to offer a discont on the next order, as if we could feel confortable to place another order with them.
